waco weekender-october 13-15, 2023

The 6th ASTEF Weekender is scheduled for October 13 – 15, 2023 in Waco, TX.
   Participants will be staying at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott. Everyone is encouraged to enjoy the guided tour of the Armstrong Browning Museum on the Baylor campus from 3 – 5 PM, Friday, October 13, 2023. The Welcome Dinner will follow the tour beginning at 6:30 PM at Carver Park Baptist Church. Our guest speaker will be Dr. Kincannon, Waco Independent School District Superintendent.
   On Saturday, October 14th the day will begin with breakfast at the hotel. Participants will be taken to the East Terrace House and then the Mayborn Museum. From the Museum participants will travel to the Heritage Historical Site for lunch, shopping, and a tour.
   Participants will dine at the restaurant of their choice and end the evening with a dessert social at the hotel.
On Sunday morning after breakfast the group will travel to the Waco Mammoth Site for a tour.
   The cost of participating in the ASTEF Weekender is $325.00. A $75.00 deposit is due upon registration.
