WAYS TO GIVE
What starts here can change the world for Texas teachers and the children of Texas. ASTEF is about how educators are supported through funding scholarships, leadership and member projects. TSO members are the heart of ASTEF. ASTEF provides the funding to assist teachers as they transform the educational experience and create a lasting legacy of excellence. The children of Texas and Texas Educators will feel the impact of these changes for years to come and it started with generous donations from you. ASTEF thanks you for making this possible!
There are many ways to show your support for Delta Kappa Gamma and ASTEF from monthly contributions to leaving a legacy gift in your will. In addition to gifts of cash, checks and online gifts by credit card, there are several other ways for donors to contribute funds to benefit scholarships, leadership and projects. Have you thought about including convenient recurring gift options through bank draft, multiple year commitments through pledges and gifts of securities as well as estates and planned gifts? For more information contact Vice-President of Finance at finance.astef@gmail.com |
DID YOU KNOW?
Anyone can make a donation to ASTEF in remembrance of a loved one, friend or colleague. Some members choose to make a donation in lieu of flowers. What better way to continue a loved one’s memory than through a remembrance donation. Mark the fund on the form you wish your gift to support – scholarship, leadership or projects. Your name will appear on the gift acknowledgement sent to the family members of the person designated for memorial.
Have you considered highlighting outstanding service or accomplishments by honoring a friend or colleague by making a donation to ASTEF? It is a gift that keeps on giving to the fund of your choice – scholarship, leadership or projects. Your name will appear on a gift acknowledgement sent to the honoree or person designated for the tribute. All contributions or bequests to ASTEF are deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. TRAVEL OPPORTUNITIES

As a 501(c)(3) public charity, ASTEF provides funding for activities that support professional and personal growth of women educators in Texas and promotes educational excellence for Texas students. ASTEF cherishes the generosity of your tax-deductible gift. You make ASTEF's mission possible and for that we thank you.
