​Mid Year Report for 2024-25
End of Year Report for 2025

Instructions for filling out and sending electronic forms:  

• Fill in form.
• Give form a distinctive title and save in a specific location on your computer.
• Complete the form and save it again.
• Send saved form as an email attachment, as instructed in the Project Application Guidelines.​

Note to Mac users:  Open and complete a PDF interactive form in Adobe Reader rather than Preview.

Photographs (or video clips) of the project in action should be included with the Mid-Year and End-of-Year reports. Please send the photos in a .jpeg format. That way we can share them on the ASTEF website.

An article about the project suitable for publishing should be included in the End-of-Year report. 

Development of a project board at the end of the project for display at the TSO State Convention is required.

STATE SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS
