gamma beta END OF Year 2023 FINAL REPORT
First step, we set up a committee meeting to make plans and get a contact person for the Samaritan Inn to communicate information and to ask questions about what games needed, how many children at the Inn, and set a date. Ann Dover was to communicate with the Inn. Trina Perkins was to organize the event and give monthly reports to the chapter. Each month members brought items to our meeting for the game day event. In January, we will organize donations to see what else we need for the event, get the shelf put together, purchase Valentine refreshments and paper goods for the event, and decorations. Ann will verify the number of children at the Inn and confirm the date and time of the event. We will also make flyers about the event to post at the Inn so the residents can plan to attend.
